We have continued to grow as other brokerages have closed their doors. After starting on Sanibel and Captiva Islands, known for their picturesque white sand beaches, Royal Shell Real Estate increased its presence into Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Naples, and Ocala. In 2012, Royal Shell Real Estate obtained Landmark Realty Group and opened offices in Cashiers and Highlands, North Carolina. History and Growth

Royal Shell Real Estate began more than 40 years ago. What began with one man with one truck is now the global transportation company, R+L Carriers, Inc. While R+L Carriers grew, so did the need to expand its real estate network. In 1998, RLR Investments, LLC was formed as a real estate investment company to hold both operational and investment real estate assets.

Royal Shell Real Estate was formed in 2005. It has a strong reputation of providing legendary service and continues to grow while many brokerages are retreating. Royal Shell Real Estate has expanded to Fort Myers/Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Naples and Ocala. In 2012 Royal Shell Real Estate acquired Landmark Realty Group and opened in Cashiers and Highlands in North Carolina.
